Returns & Refunds

  • Returns within 30 days

We really want you to be ecstatic with your purchase! And we understand if you have a change of heart. You may return most of our products in their new, unopened state within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. Please see further below for information on how to return an item, how to package the item and how your refund will be processed.

  • Items that cannot be returned
We supply certain goods that you cannot return to us i.e.
  • perishable goods
  • books and printed posters
  • electronic vouchers or
  • digital items

Perishable items include everything that could fall under the food and drinks category. These cannot be refunded or exchanged because of public and food safety regulations.
However, if your perishables have arrived damaged (or expired) we will gladly refund or replace them.

  • Custom Orders

If you order the goods in advance, we may charge you a deposit, and we will make a prior arrangement with you for this. You will forfeit this deposit if you cancel the order within 10 days before the delivery date supplied.

  • Personalised goods
If you make use of our options for customised or personalised goods, you may not cancel the order for custom items prior to delivery, unless there are unusual circumstances (that would be assessed at our discretion.) We supply personalised items such as stamps, stickers, recipe books, recipe boxes and cards. Once these have been ordered, they cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
If you ordered a customised item and your specified customisation (e.g. a name) is delivered to you and it is incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
 
  • Incorrect item delivered
We try our best to make sure that our product availability, information, pricing and stipulated delivery times and costs are correctly reflected on our site.
However, should a gremlin creep in and the wrong product gets delivered to you or the product is not as described on the website, then please do not remove the product from its original packaging, and leave all the stickers and labels as they are. Let us know about the problem as soon as you can, and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
If this situation arises, we will offer you:
  • A replacement product (if available)
  • A refund voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the product
  • A refund using the same method of payment you originally used

Please note: the refund option is not available if the item was received as a gift

 

  • Items arrived broken or damaged

If your goods arrive damaged or with missing parts or items, then we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please let us know as soon as you can, and within 7 days of delivery, by contacting us. We will need some information to see where in the delivery process the damage or mistake occurred.

  • photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not);
  • photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner protective packaging
  • photograph of the damaged item.
If the item is damaged and needs to be replaced, we will arrange collection from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and / or photographs and verified the return, we can offer you:
  • A replacement product (if available)
  • A refund voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the product
  • A refund using the same method of payment you originally used

Please note that a refund is not available if the item was received as a gift.

 

  • How to return a product

Choose a pick-up date, and we’ll come and fetch your good/s. We may charge a fee for this service. However, if the item has arrived damaged, is incorrect or has missing parts, we will cover the return delivery costs.


If you are returning the product within 30 days because you have changed your mind, the return delivery fee will be charged, at our discretion and depending on the circumstances.

  • How to package an item you want to return

The returning product must be packed, in its original packaging, and then in another box, with additional padding and protective so that it can travel safely back to us without any damage. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we unfortunately cannot issue a refund, so please make sure the item is safely and securely packaged!

  • How we process your refund

Returns within 30 days

You will be offered a Just Easy Recipes voucher or a product exchange. If you specifically require another form of refund (i.e. credit card or EFT), a 7% fee of the refund amount may be charged. Refunds are processed within 8 to 10 working days the return being specified as a refund. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines.

Damaged Goods

Refunds are handled within 8 to 10 working days of logging the return (refunds can take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines.) Replacements may take longer as these are dependent on availability.
